I'm sorry if you want this on newgrounds and GD but:

1, Quote from robtop 2017 “no new artists will be able to have their music used in GD by default.”

2. Uploading music to newgrounds that you did not make yourself, (sadly) regardless wether they are free to use will get you flagged. It is only accpted if the original artists uploads the music
